出汁をかけていただく「天草づけ丼」が絶品！
こちらの道の駅に併設されているレストランでは地元天草で採れた海産物を中心とした料理をいただくことができます。
そのなかでもオススメなのは1日20食限定の「天草づけ丼」です。こちらはそのまま食べてもめちゃくちゃ美味しいのですが、一緒に「出汁」も提供されるので、途中からそちらを掛けていただくという食べ方を推奨されていまして、これがまた絶品。
そのままでも十分美味しいのに、出汁と絡むとこんな化学反応が起きてしまうんだ！と感動してしまうこと間違いなしですよ！「出汁をかけて頂く」という他所のお店ではあまりない体験が出来て、美味しくて、大満足でした。
