道の駅「みずなし本陣ふかえ」から車で9分の場所にある豚骨ラーメンのお店「白龍」をご紹介します。住宅街の一角にあるラーメン屋さんということで、外見はやや入りづらい雰囲気がありますが、開店前から行列ができていることも多いので迷うことはないでしょう。
店内に入るとカウンター4席とテーブル席が3つほどといった座席構成になっています。こちらのお店の売りは濃厚な豚骨ラーメンです。九州地方のラーメンらしく、豚の旨みが詰まったコッテリラーメンとなっています。ややとろみのついたスープは飲んでみるとほのかな油の甘みが感じられて絶品。このスープは他のラーメン屋では中々味わうことはできませんね、控えめに言って最高です。
チャーシューはホロホロで口の中に入れると蕩けます。このチャーシューは絶品だなぁ！と、よく見ると、チャーシューメンとラーメンの価格差はわずか100円だけしかありません。これはチャーシューメン一択ですね。そして麺は自家製麵ということで、コシがありスープとの相性が抜群でした。
