ここ長崎県松浦市の地元では有名なラーメン屋です。メニューはラーメン、ラーメン大盛り、おにぎりの3種類しかありません。（替え玉も不可）これは自信の表れと言っていいでしょう。
提供しているラーメンは豚骨ラーメンとなっていて、店の前を通ると、豚骨を炊いている良い匂いが感じられます。お腹が減っていたら迷わず入りたくなってしまう匂いですね。
豚骨ラーメンというとドロっとした濃厚なものをイメージしますが、こちらのお店の豚骨ラーメンはあっさりとした味わいなのが特徴です。あっさりながら、コクがあり深みを感じるスープは絶品ですね。
ついつい箸が進み、あれよあれよという間に完食してしまいました。ラーメン並盛だと男性には少し足りないかもしれませんね。替え玉が出来ないということもあるので、予めラーメン大盛りを注文するのをオススメします。
豚骨ラーメンで豚骨を煮込む時間の関係か、日によって味にバラツキがあるようです。調子が良い日は最高のラーメンなので、ちょっとした運試しのような気分で訪問してみましょう♪
