道の駅「大和そよかぜ館」からやや佐賀よりの場所にあるこちらのお店。手打ちうどん「かつみ」のうどんがなかなか美味しかったのでご紹介します。
手打ちと銘打っているうどんは一般的な想像するコシの強いうどんとはまた違い、細めで柔らかめの麺などが特徴です。コシはないものの、モチモチ感があるため、オリジナリティは感じられます。スープは甘めのカツオ出汁が良く効いていてほんのり甘く癖になる味わいでした。
量はやや少な目なので、男性の方は大盛りがオススメです。
