道の駅「おおむた」から車で5分の場所にあるちゃんぽんの名店「なんちゃん」をご紹介します。ちょうど県境に位置しているということで、こちらは熊本県側に位置しています。カウンターのみ8名という小さい店舗となっています。
ちゃんぽんはあっさりとした豚骨系の出汁が感じられる優しいスープですが、旨みがしっかり感じられて味わいに深みがあり確かに美味い。しょっぱさ控えめで少し甘めの味付けが良いですね！麺もツルツル美味しくいただけまして大満足でした！
こだわりちゃんぽんは見た目も鮮やかで素敵な一杯でした！
こだわりちゃんぽんとなると、通常のちゃんぽんに加え、大きなエビ2匹、ホタテ、煮卵、大量のネギがトッピングされます！真っ赤なエビが入ることで、色合いがさらに鮮やかになって見た目にも華やかになりました！海鮮系の味が加わり、さらにスープが美味しくなって味わい深い一杯に仕上がっていました！
