福岡県嘉麻市にある「よもぎうどん」のご紹介です。こちらのお店では通常のうどんに加えて、「よもぎ」を練り込んだうどんが提供されているのが特徴です。よもぎにより緑色に着色されたうどんは見た感じだと太めのおそばのような感じで独特ですね。食べてみるとよもぎの爽やかな風味が広がり、モチモチで美味しくいただくことができました。
スープはうどん屋さんにありがちな優しい味わいではなく、ガツンと旨みが感じられるスープで、若い人が好きそうな味わいでした！テイクアウトも充実しているので、そちらも合わせてお土産にしてもいいかもしれませんね！
