大分の道の駅『鯛生金山 地底博物館』の良かった点

画像は純金で出来た鯛（時価7,500万円）
福岡県と大分県の県境付近の山中にある金山の跡地が、地底博物館になっています。江戸時代から昭和に掛けて採掘が行われた規模の大きな鉱山で近代化産業遺産にも指定されています。
坑内はイルミネーションで照らされ、インスタ映えも狙えてうれしいですね。
気温が年中14℃前後しかない坑内では、夏は涼しく、冬はあったかく過ごすことができます。
金を採掘してた時の大型の機械や手掘りしていた頃の様子がマネキンや図解で再現されており興味深いです。鉱山ファンなら１度は訪れたいですね。
地底博物館内はバリアフリーになっており車椅子の方でも見学が可能となっていました。
所要時間はゆっくり見て30～40分程度なのでふらっと立ち寄るのもいいかもしれませんね。
